Yang Liu

Liu, Yang was a devoted and loving husband, father, friend and teacher. He left this world suddenly on November 10th, 2022 at the age of 47.
He was born in Xuzhou, Jiangsu province, China on April 4th, 1975. After graduating from Beijing Technology and Business University, he worked for an investment company in Shanghai where he met the love of his life, Candice Qian. They were married for 16 years. Together, they had a son Daniel.
Liu, Yang always aimed to serve others, whether he was teaching a class, fixing a faucet for friends, or helping family members in need. Liu, Yang would always go above and beyond. Friends described him as the nicest person they know. Students also called him the best substitute teacher ever! As a father, he was always there for Daniel every step of the way.
Liu, Yang will be remembered for his kindness, love and compassion. He will always hold a place in our hearts. He is survived by his wife, Candice and son Daniel, mother Yang, Shumei and brother Liu, Ye. We would love you to come and honor his life at the Nelson Family Mortuary on November 18, 2022. A funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm. A viewing will take place between 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm prior to the service.
