Yolanda Lynn Bear, age 42, of Neopit, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday February 25, 2026, in Appleton. Yolanda was born on July 12, 1983, in Wausau, to Bernadette (Pamanet) Bear and the late Christopher Bear. She loved riding in the woods on the side by side sitting by Big Jim’s reflecting and remembering her family. Yolanda had always dreamed of taking rides to explore the USA riding the Amtrack and seeing the sights in California. She was a friendly outgoing woman who would speak her mind when the time came, and everyone loved her.

Yolanda is survived by her children, Kinepoway Valliere, Jr., Awaehsaeh Valliere, Trey Valliere and Katelyn Valliere; fur grandbabies, Biski, Moze, Meeko, Itty Bitty and Whis; mother, Bernadette Bear; siblings, Ashley Bear and Michael (Stacy) Notinokey; father of her children, Kinepoway Valliere, Sr; and favorite uncle, James Alan Webster, III. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Yolanda is preceded in death by her siblings, Crystal Bear and Robert “Bonz” Bear; father, Christopher Bear; loving auntie, Serena Webster; uncle, Chancey Webster; brother, Joseph La Motte; and numerous loving friends.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am on Friday March 6, 2026, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Neopit with Fr. Hanz Christian officiating. Visitation will be held at the Neopit Community Center starting on Wednesday March 4, 2026, from 11:30 am until the time of service on Friday.
