WATERBURY - It is with profound sadness that the family of Ms. Yvonne Whidbee, age 70, of Waterbury, CT, share the news of her passing on Friday, November 21, 2025, at Saint Mary's Hospital after courageously battling a massive stroke.
Born on August 1, 1955, in Hertford, North Carolina, Yvonne was the daughter of the late Leck and Lousiana (Banks) Whidbee. She dedicated more than 40 years of her life to serving others as a certified nursing assistant. Yvonne was a proud member of Redeeming Love Tabernacle or Praise.
All services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

I am late finding out about her passing .
I have great memories of her and her sister at my Dad's Bar when I was growing up .
They were family as were everyone that hung out at the cherry restaurant.
