Zachary Cody Boyd

Mr. Zachary Cody Boyd, age 32, of Honaker, Virginia passed away Tuesday (March 5, 2024) in Lebanon, Virginia. Born July 21, 1991 in Richlands, Virginia, he was a son of Eura Catherine Penley Boyd of Honaker and the late Billy Roger Boyd. A lifelong resident of the area, he was a 2011 graduate of Honaker High School. He was currently employed as a machinist for J-Mar. He was a car enthusiast, especially Ford Mustangs.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Charlie and Ollie Boyd, and maternal grandparents, Ervin and Beulah Penley.
In addition to his mother, survivors include four siblings, Pam Fields and husband, Jeff of Lebanon, Chris Boyd of the home, Jonathan Boyd and wife, Jennifer of Lebanon, and Jennifer Short and husband, Bubby of Honaker; three nephews, Hunter Short and wife, Amber, Dawson Short, and Derek Fields; great-nephew, Clyde Short; many friends and co-workers also survive.
Graveside services will be conducted at 12 Noon Friday at Ketron Memorial Gardens in Lebanon, Virginia. Those wishing to attend are asked to assemble at the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Josh Williams, Bubby Short, Jeff Fields, Hunter Short, Gary Lee Deskins and Shane Allen.
