Zach was a 2002 graduate of Anthony Wayne High School. He went on to earn a bachelor's degree in construction engineering from the University of Toledo, a reflection of his determination and passion for creating with purpose, precision, and pride. His work ethic and drive led him to start his own business, Advanced Building & Remodeling, and he most recently joined Rudolph Libbe Inc. as a construction superintendent.
Zach's larger-than-life personality was as bold and unwavering as his presence. Never one to shy away from hard work, he embraced life with a spirit full of grit and adventure. Whether cruising on his Harley-Davidson, teeing off on the golf course, or pouring his heart into a woodworking project, Zach found joy in the simple pleasures. Above all, he treasured time spent with family and friends. He especially enjoyed time spoiling his beloved nieces and nephews, who adored their Uncle Zach.
Zach is survived by his loving parents James and Cheryl Lambert, sister Sarah (Brad) Godwin of Swanton, Ohio, brother Nathan Lambert of Maumee, Ohio, and nieces and nephews Chase, Brynn, Reece and Grant.
A beloved son, brother, uncle and friend, Zach will be forever missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation for Zach will be held on Thursday July 31, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home located at 7220 Dutch Rd. Waterville, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday August 1, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. An additional visitation period will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. Pastor Steve Bauerle will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.

I was very fortunate to have found Zach to work on my
home. I continued hiring him for several projects because he was so good at his work! We had many pleasant conversations! It breaks my heart for his friends and family to hear of this tragedy!
