Zeke Justice Jr., 73, of Hawkinsville, GA, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024, at
Regency Hospital in Macon. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at 2pm at
Clark Funeral Home with a visitation Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Born on October 20, 1950 in Chester, GA, to the late Zeke S. Justice and Hattie Pearl Brady Justice. He was the oldest son of twelve children. He worked for the Opelika Corporation /Leshner Mills for 30+ years before medically retiring in 2001. Zeke also worked as a construction worker and mechanic in his earlier years before retiring. He married his late wife,
Mary Helen Justice on October 30, 1971. They spent 50 years together before her passing in April of 2022. Zeke loved watching NASCAR, western shows/movies, classic car rebuilds, and listening to old country music. In earlier years he enjoyed fishing, fixin' old cars and taking family
fishing trips.
Zeke is preceded in death by his parents, Zeke and Hattie Pearl; wife, Mary Helen Justice; Sisters, Linda Bright, Brenda Sue Giddens; brother, Larry Justice; sister-in-law, Ruth Jackson; brother-in-law, Earl Giddens; Niece, Stacy Reyes, Nephew, Jeremy Jackson and great nephew,
Kevin Morgan.
He is survived by his children, Tracie (Todd) Taylor and Deke Justice (Julie); grandchildren, Elizabeth Bentley (Chad), Tyler (Emily) Bentley, Amber Bentley (Zach), Joseph Justice, Teagan
Justice (Alexys), Kimberly Taylor, Jordan Thompson, Justin Thompson and Jonathan Williams;
great grandchildren, Toby Jerrat Justice, James Walker Bentley, Mackenzie Layne Lyles, Natalia
Thompson and Nova Thompson; many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
