Dorothy was so warm and welcoming to me when I joined the family. She said when I married her son I became her daughter and she made me feel like that everyday of our time together. I will miss her so terribly. She was always a ray of sunshine in a sometimes dreary world. Love you, "Mom" glad I could be with you until you took your last breath.

Aunt Dorothy was one of the most giving people I had ever met. Having only known her over the past 20 years, I fell in love with her whether it be in grocery line at Giant Eagle or sitting down for good chat. It was on June 31 that I last saw her when she came to my daughter's graduation party, when she left, she said she had to go home to grab a nap before her card party started. That was Aunt Dorothy. This world lost a strong, determined and absolutely delightful woman but Heaven gained an absolute peach of person. We will also miss you and thank you dearly for the memories.
