My heart is broken. I was shocked and saddened to hear of Patrick's untimely passing. Patrick was such a bright spot in our Dallas office. We used to discuss different resturants, especially Truluck's Seafood-Steak-Crab House. It was one of his favorites and quickly became a favorite of mine and my husband's as well. On occassion, Patrick would bring me some their wonderful crab and corn chowder soup for lunch. What a treat that was! And how thoughtful of Patrick to do. Patrick was such a genuine, sweet and caring person; one of a kind. I am so glad he was a part of my life, even if it was just for the short time he was in Dallas. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers got out to his family.

I haven’t heard from Patrick since high school however he was quite impressionable then. He was always smiling and easily amused. His lighthearted personality and quick wit made my long days at Triton and Coats little bit more manageable. I will treasure those memories. My thoughts are with his family and closest friends as they celebrate his life and grieve the loss.

To the Jenkins Family, I am so sad and sorry to hear of the loss of Patrick. He and I worked at Bank of America in Dallas but most of all he was a friend I could always count on. He would join my wife and I on Sundays to watch the race and have dinner and we always had a great time together. I will miss him.

As I remember Patrick I remember that he was a genuinely kind person. In the time that I knew him he never had an enemy, his heart was bigger than the hearts of most people that I know, and he definitely knew how to make you laugh. I have only fond memories of Patrick and I feel truly blessed to have had the awesome privilege of calling him a friend. I keep his family and friends in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear The Jenkins Family,
Your son was such a sucessful and well rounded man. I can remember many memories of Patrick. He was one of the nicest, most loyal and devoted men I ever knew. I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I see Elizabeth and her son at my church and what an amaizing family she has. I am sure Patrick was so proud. Always keep your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. For he has welcomed Patrick and given him an amazing life where he can remain looking upon you all still and watching those children he was so proud of grow into young men. May your hearts be blessed and healed by the Lord. And may my prayers and condolences go out to your entire family.

Patrick was a great co-worker and friend outside the Bank of America. When I was recovering from heart surgery he checked on me often and often went walking in the evenings on the "Katy Trail" for exercise.
Many of us the Bank loved working with him and spending time together away from the Bank. I can go on and on about my friend Patrick but the best thing is he touched so many lives for the better because I know he touched mine and I will never forget his laugh, his cooking, and the fun times we had together.

Ron, Susan, and Elizabeth,
I thank God for allowing us to borrow Patrick for these 29 years. He touched so many lives in his short life. His heart was so pure, and he could light up a room with his cute, crooked smile. He was like a brother to me, and I am a blessed person to have had such a wonderful friend in my life. He will forever be loved and missed. One day we will all see him again in heaven...I know he is saving a spot right next door to him for me. I love you all.
Love,
Myra

Mr. and Mrs. Jenkins,
I really do not know where to begin. I know this is all so very tragic to you both as it is to many of Patrick's friends as well. My heart goes out to you both as I cannot even begin to imagine how you must feel. I just wanted to thank you both for all you ever did for Patrick and myself. I will keep you in my prayers and please know I am only a phone call away. I trust that one day both your family and mine will meet again in eternity. Love Allen
