Sharon DuTremble Obituary
Sharon MacRae DuTremble, 55, of Bristol, passed away surrounded by her husband, daughter and friends on December 15, 2023 at Bristol Hospital. She was born in Bristol on August 11, 1968 to the late Kenneth J. MacRae and Anita (Girard) MacRae. Sharon attended Plainville High School and lived in Bristol for almost all of her life. Sharon was the beloved wife of Michael DuTremble, whom she married at St. Joseph Church in Bristol, CT on September 17, 1994. She was the treasured mother of Anita DuTremble, their only child. Sharon was devoted to her husband, daughter and to their dogs Sammi and Edward, for whom she selflessly cared. She was an exceptionally generous person who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. In addition to her husband and daughter, Sharon leaves behind: her step-mother Joyce Gernhard and step-sister Diane Llaser of Plainville; her father and mother-in-law Phillip and Bernadette DuTremble of Bristol; her brothers/sisters in-law: Rosemarie Robles, Julie DuTremble, Christopher DuTremble, Matthew DuTremble, Mary Lynch and Lola Kirk and their spouses. She also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cherished friends all of whom she loved. Calling hours will be on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at O'Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Bristol. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at St. Ann Roman Catholic Church, 215 West Street, Bristol at 11:00 am. Those going to the Mass should go directly to the Church.
