We are blessed to have one of Albert´s early paintings. I can´t say enough how much I love this piece.
I reached out to him about it and he said "that´s when I painted BOLD"!
Such a talent- RIP

I do not know Albert personally but my wife and I feel in love with one of his oil paintings I believe in the 80’s of a beach house and was fortunate to purchase it and display it in our home. He was a very talented artist. Sorry to learn of his passing. I lost my wife this year and his painting brings back the memory of when we bought the piece shown below together.

I used to go with my mother and show her paintings in the greenwich village art show in the 1960's. Albert was showing his paintings next to hers. I remember him fondly. RIP.
Painting I purchased in 1986 in Rockport, MA....always a pleasure to see on the various homes I've hung it in. RIP Albert!

I am very sorry to learn of your loss. My parents purchased one of Mr. Swayhoover's paintings of a dramatic harbor scene (dated 1969) to hang in a house they built on a bluff in Montauk. I've admired many of his paintings, but have not another one like this. I loved it for years, and still admire it as it now hangs in my home.

I first fell in love with Mr Swayhoover's paintings in New Orleans in the early 70's, and cherish two original "atmospheric" landscapes (one rain, one snow) that I was able to afford. In the past couple of years, he bettered me in negotiations for additional pieces.
I extend my family's best wishes to his at this time of loss.
