I went to the park today and I saw the bench. Your bench. I had to know who you were. I don't know you well, but after looking for your story, I know you a little. I did the same things as you 45 years ago. I just wanted you to know that you still live on - you still touch people - and I can picture you skipping to school.
I wish I could have met you before there was your bench. I can tell by your friend's letters how special you are.

Momma and Vin its your other adopted daughter Jessica. I miss you guys. And I miss Brittney like crazy, I wish we could all have her back. That morning when Alyssa and Jon woke me up I didnt believe them, I got up and said shut up your lying. And I got up and called her name. But she just didnt answer me. I just didnt know what to do. She was my best friend and she still is. She was an amazing person and I love her so much. And I know her soul still lives on but I would still love her back. You told me she is happy now and that she is on her stair case to heaven. I understand that we cant have her back and it sucks. I know this letter really wont do anything but I just wanted to show you guys that when I said no matter what happenes Im still here for you. So see Im here. And I love you guys. Mommy and vin it's your adopted daughter Megan I miss her more than this letter can explain. I try to go on withblife everyday with out her. And I know if you guys can do it then I'm deft. Gunna do it. I miss being there to wake her up many hours before she had to go to school. Mommy you have been there for me for everything and anything. I remember that night like it was yesterday and it sucks. I know all the pain your going through. I miss her so much. I wish I would have gone instead of her. People say this is a life lesson but I'm not getting what there talking about. They also say there sorry but what are they sorry for.but I feel like nobody has gone through this pain. I was so shocked when alyssa woke me up that mornng. Everybody in the house misses you very much. I was so excited for you to go to highschool with me. words cant explain how much i miss you! you were always so fun to be around, you were alwyas happy and making people laugh // i miss the good times we had a t megans house. i couldnt and still cant belive what happened, i thought to my self this isnt real, i was just with you the night before it happened, i thought jessica was lying on the phone when she called. but she wasnt and thats what hurt the most. not a day goes by that i dont think of you, youve taught me so much, you have made me see things diffrently. every time i hear "bye bye" by mariah carey i think of you and cant help but cry but i know your in a better place now!

Brittney made school so much more exciting, she never let me take the easy way out of things. I remember the one thing she wanted to do with me was go on a trip to Hong Kong or somewhere Asian!! I love you an miss you more than word or I could ever express.There's not a second that goes by that my heart does not ache for you. I need so bad to hold you hug you and kiss that pretty little face,an tell you how much mommy loves you. I miss grocery shopping with you an cooking, playing 500 rum with you. I know that we had made big plans for you, but, God has bigger and better plans for you. I know that you are an angel in heaven now. But I'm sorry I want you back I miss you sooooo much my heart will not stop hurting all I do is cry my bestfriend has been taken from me and I don't know why? All I do know is that I want you back...I want to see that beautiful face smile and hold you I want to smell your sweet pea body spray after you get out of the shower. I go into your bedroom ever morning and ever night to say good morning and I love you an ever night to tell you night and I love you. I love spending time in your room listening to your favorite songs and reading your poems an looking at your pictures. Vin (dad#2) says he loves you with all his heart an miss you like crazy. He said how he has know one to pick on and know one to pick on him. He also said who is going to snag his hoodies an run of with his shoes. We all miss your blond moments. Like is the blue man group really blue? Or what kind of meat is this? "Its rib eyes". Well as long as its not beef. Your so funny an I miss those moments... Brit, when I say my prays at night I've ask God to make you a dentist appointment, cause I know how you love to keep your teeth white an pretty. I found your Brittney neckless, I've put it on and thats where it will stay. Your brothers miss you, Dylan says to quit trying to scare him. Alex has know one to fight with and monkey around with in the hallway and close the door on, Nathan is just so lost with out you he has know one to go to the libarary with or argue with. Adam is just beside himself lost he also lost his bestfriend. We all miss you so much, Our lives have changed in so many different ways with out you here with us,all I do is cry and live with a broken heart. I don't understand why you have been taken from us, but we are not to question God because he has his reasons. But what I do know Brittney, is that when God is ready he'll put you back into mommys arms. So until that day comes make me proud and be the best angel you can be because I know that you are a awesome daughter,so I know you'll be a awsome angel. Please watch over all of us and have your blond moments and make the other angles and God laugh and smile like you did here on earth.
