I recently learned of John's passing. Though I didn't know him personally I had met his children & knew his wife. I use to work w/her. My father & grandmother were residents at the facility & Patti was always so good to them. I know how dedicated she was to John as well. My heartfelt sorrow for this loss.

We wanted to send our condolences to Beatrice and the whole family. We were very sorry to hear about John’s passing and also Butch’s passing. John was not only a friend from John Marshall High School but a husband and brother-in-law. We have all reminisced about the good times we had. We are happy that John created a loving family and our blessings go out to them. Take care.

It was an honor and a privilege being one of John's closest friends for the last ten years. We had so much in common with each other that we were like brothers, right down to both of us being from Cleveland. It was never a dull moment being around John; trips to Daytona during Bike Week, front row tickets for a Judas Priest concert in West Palm Beach (I still don't know how I managed to get those), and beating that porcelain bathtub out of place with a sledgehammer! John, you've given me memories that will last a lifetime, and I'm sad that you're not here to laugh over them with me anymore. I miss you my friend, God bless you.

John, I haven't seen you in 30 years but I remember you as one of my friends that hung out by the school on West 150th Street. You were shy and sweet and I am so saddened by your death at such a young age. My condolences go out to your wife, kids and mom, as well as the rest of your family. Rest in peace, Harvey.
