John was an amazing brilliant surgeon and wonderful caring and sensitive human being. His surgical skills as well as his amazing beside manner will never be forgotten. He will be deeply missed, but all of those who were Blessed to meet him and get to know him.
May his entire family be comforted among the mourners of Jerusalem and Zion.

Many years ago Dr. Hirsch did a Surgical biopsy on my mother And she was a little woozy so he asked her how she was getting home. She said she was taking the bus so he got his coat on and drove her home himself! Have you ever heard of anything so nice.?
