Ruth,
My heart goes out to you and your family as you grieve the loss of your dad. How special that you were able to minister to him during these last weeks and months, given that he spent so much of his own life ministering to others. I'm sure you were his pride and joy as you shared God's healing power and grace through your chosen profession. And I feel certain that he is now your greatest cheerleader encouraging you always from his cosmic home in heaven. I hope to see you in the days ahead and to hear stories of this fine man and beloved father. I am sorry I will be unable to attend his service but will certainly be with you in spirit.
God's peace,
Anne
