To the Yee Family, especially sisters Marilyn and Alison, I am sorry to learn of your brother Mel. I've known you all since we were very young in Glen Head. After many years of not being in touch, I somehow reached Mel some 3 years ago. It was the best 3 years getting acquainted again and we shared our life's stories for the amazingly fast 50 years or so. We both have Christ our Lord in our hearts. That is all that matters now. Mel and I will meet again soon. Until then enjoy the memories of one fine man and friend.

Mel was so helpful when my Dad, Nat Lehrman, became ill last fall. He met with him in the hospital, helped him get settled back at his residence when he was released, and was so thoughtful, patient and kind in all of his communications to me. I'm so sorry to hear this news.
