Joseph Rosignoli Obituary
Joseph P. Rosignoli, 77, of Panama City, passed away peacefully Sunday, August 11, 2013, at a local hospital.
Born in Universal, PA, he was a life long resident of Lynn Haven and Panama City. He served his country in the US Air Force and Reserves, and worked at Textron Marine Systems as a Quality Control Inspector. Mr. Rosignoli was a faithful member of St. Dominic's Catholic Church and Our Lady of the Rosary. He was devoted to his family and church. Most of all, he loved traveling and spending time with his "Girls" and grandchildren. To people who knew him well, he was known as Joe, Paul, or Rosie; but most importantly, he was known as "Poppa Joe" by his grandchildren who loved him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Christina Rosignoli, his wife of 43 years, Rose M. Rosignoli, his wife after Rose, Mary Ann Rosignoli, and grandson, Jason Howell
Survivors include his daughters, Gail (Tom) Dorsey of Gulf Breeze, Charlene (Sam) Whitt of Fairhope, AL, Christina (Anthony) Pate of Panama City Beach, and Paula (Curt) Keyser of Panama City; his grandchildren, Kristen Dorsey, Thomas Dorsey, Jr., Patrick Dorsey, and Andrew Dorsey, Michael Howell, Nicole Howell, April Nazaruk, and Curtis Keyser; two brothers and one sister, Theodore "Teddy" (Pauline) Rosignoli, Jr., Mary Lou (Steve) Niederriter, and Harold (Marianne) Rosignoli; two sisters-in-law, Irene Domico and Linda Domico; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend Patricia Greene.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at St. Dominic's Catholic Church with Fr. Pete Zalewski officiating the Mass. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Asked to serve as pallbearers are Sam Whitt, Tom Dorsey, Curt Keyser, Anthony Pate, Michael Howell, Thomas Dorsey and Patrick Dorsey. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM with Rosary Services at 7:00. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mr. Rosignoli's name may be made to The American Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice.

Girls, as we may not be close in distance please know that we are close to you in our thoughts and prayers in this time. Uncle Paul was a wonderful man. We enjoyed his visits up here in the cold part of the country. He always made it a point to make everyone feel loved. We will definitely miss him! He definitely loved his girls and grandchildren.
