MOUNT CARMEL - Albert J. Mann, 74, of 113 N. Orange St., passed away Tuesday morning, May 7, 2024, at his residence.
He was born in Danville, July 16, 1949, a son of the late Clarence and Mary (Potochney) Mann.
He was a graduate of Mount Carmel Area High School and McCann School of Business.
On June 12, 1971 in the former St. Ignatius Church, in Centralia, he married the former Ann Marie Haggerty who survives.
Albert retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a computer analyst.
He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of almost 53 years, Ann Marie Mann, are his son, Brian
Mann and his wife, Tricia; his daughter, Jill Mestlin and her husband, John; grandchildren, Jacob Mestlin and his wife, Cassidy, and Emily Mestlin; a great-grandchild, Paisley Mestlin; two sisters, Mary Smith and Cathy Mannion; a sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Lokitis and her partner, Rick Bennett; a brother-in-law, Edward Haggerty and his wife, Elaine; and nieces and nephews.
MANN - Albert J. Mann, 74, of 113 N. Orange St., Mount Carmel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church with the Very Rev. Francis J. Karwacki, pastor, as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery, Centralia. A visitation will be held from 9 to 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at Joseph J.
