I am so sorry to hear about Mrs Dils passing. Mrs Dils was our(my parents)next door neighbor in North Ridge. She was always doing yard work, always available for a cup of sugar or eggs. She came to my wedding and I introduced her to my daughters. She painted me a painting and I baked with her. I will miss her. I would often drive by Royal Oaks and hope to see her doing yard work just to say hi and see how she was doing. She always said she enjoyed volunteering in the library at the high school and working with students. She was a fiesty, fearless, strong, great lady, and a wonderful neighbor.

Mike, I was very sorry to learn of your Mother's passing. I hope you and your family are doing well. I did not know your Mother very well, but as you know, thought a lot of your Dad. I do hope your remember me from the days at the College Inn and John Yancey. I'm in Morehead City and would love to hear from you. Jesse Vinson [email protected]
