Phyllis Dillard Black, 58, of Suffolk, VAdied Thursday, November 10, 2005.
A native of Raleigh, NC, she was preceded in death by her father, Robert Lee Dillard and mother, Alice Ferrell Dillard of Raleigh, NC, a sister, Willie Dillard Daniel of Raleigh, NC.
A funeral service willbe held at the Harrell & Hill Funeral Home in Suffolk, VA on Monday, November 14, 2005 at 11 a.m. Local funeral service will be at the Raleigh Memorial Park Chapel Mausoleum, 7501 Glenwood Ave. at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15, 2005 with burial to follow.
Phyllis is survived by her husband, Steve R. Black of the home; and three daughters, Lisa Black Wiggins and husband, Robb Wiggins; two grandchildren, David and Katlyn Wiggins of Virginia Beach; daughter, Christy Black Coale and husband, Jim Coale of Virginia Beach; daughter, Amy Marie Black of Suffolk, VA; and sister, Ann Dillard Furguson of Raleigh, NC; mother-in-law, Minnie Inscoe Black of Durham, NC; and several nieces and nephews.
