Cindy and Susan, I just learned of your father's passing almost a year later. I knew something was up when I did not receive the annual Christmas Card which I have received for so many years following both of your lives. I would love to hear from the both of you. Your parents practically raised me for a few year when I was young. I remember the house in Clairmont when Cindy ran down the road without clothing!! We spent time at White Lake. Your father was one of my professors when I began by teaching career. I even knew your Robinson Grandparents. Your parents were best friends of my parents. I will always cherish their memories. I would love to hear from you. I live in Queens, NYC. Take care. Jeanette Moore Newman

Dear Cindy and Susan
I just found out about Ward's passing. When i visited cousin Dot, your parents both were so wonderful and we spent 3 days working on family history. Ward was so polite and helpful. I needed dry cleaning and he just took it and it was back right away. What a special man. I enjoyed writing him for several years. I am so sorry for your loss. I have such fond memories of my visit. And I miss Dot too! We enjoyed searching for our relatives... Jeannie

I was so blessed to have Uncle Ward in my life. He was such a wonderful, loving, husband to Aunt Dot, father to you Cindy and Susan, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Uncle to me and James. Always had a sparkle in his eyes. I could talk to him about anything and he was always interested in our ranch activities. His love of ag was well known as well as the wonderful woodwork he did. I so enjoyed visiting him in Cary and going to the stock car races in Hickory. He was always encouraging in all the activities I did. He was a wonderful brother-in-law to my Mom, Marge. I can just imagine Uncle Ward, Aunt Dot, Momma and Daddy having great times in heaven. God Bless you all and I pray for His comfort to you all during this rough time. Love you, Dotte and James

I knew Mr. Robinson through my volunteer work at Apex Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center. Every time I would ask him, "Hi, Mr. Ward, how are you today?" he'd answer, "Oh, about halfway!" He loved his BINGO games, the NCSU Wolfpack, his family, and his church. I'll miss him greatly.
Cindy and Susan, I'm so very sorry for your loss.
