William Sedwick Obituary
Swansboro
William Alvin Sedwick, 66, died Monday, February 20, 2017 at his home. William was the owner/operator of Capital Hydraulics in Raleigh for 45 years.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, Feb. 23rd, 11:00 AM at the Jones Funeral Home in Swansboro.
William enjoyed fishing, boating and spending time with family. He also loved spending time with his friends at Phillips Seafood and PeeWee's Boat Repair. He lived each day to the fullest and he will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his wife, Cindi Littleton Sedwick; two daughters, Amy Sedwick Riley and husband, Lane of Burlington and Allison Sedwick Wagoner and husband, David of Morrisville; grandchildren, Meghan MacFarlane Crider, Avery Riley, Trent Riley, William Parker Gay, Victoria Catherine Gay, Mason Wagoner and Carter Wagoner; sister, Rebecca Blaylock and husband, Ted of Raleigh; niece, Ashley Blaylock Kerr and his loyal companion, Bentley. He was preceded in death by his parents Richard Dorsey Sedwick, Sr., Eldora Powell Sedwick and brother, Richard Dorsey Sedwick, Jr.l
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations be made in William's memory to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Ct., Glen Allen, VA 23060-9979.

Cindy , I am so sorry to hear about William. I just found out today (Wednesday) about noon. William was a dear friend to me. I appreciated him so much and I cherish the times we spent together for work and also having a meal together. You and your family will be in my prayers.
