Kind, caring, thoughtful, gentle, dedicated, there are so many words to describe Representative Conn. It was an honor and a privilege knowing Walter and serving with him in the Connecticut House of Representatives. My sincere sympathy to the Conn family.

I'm truely sorry to read of Walt's passing. He gave me my first legal job at the dairy store when I was sixteen. Timmy was my classmate. Walt was a gentleman and a scholar and will be missed greatly. My mom and Dad loved him dearly as did I.

Walt was everything an older brother could be.He taught me how to work and play. From washing milk bottles to playing golf, to making ice cream. I'll miss his cheery whistling and comforting guidance. He will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.

I was always proud of my big brother Walt and to share his birthday. He was a great role model in so many ways, growing up and in succeeding years. He leaves an exceptional family and a lot of heart felt memories.

Dear Conn Family,
Way back in the 1940's I lived on Mallets Lane in New Milford, and as a young person, I knew the Conn family pretty well. Walter was always working with his Dad, but remember good times with Kenny, and the nieghbor kids.
Walter was a hard working, well respected man, and I'm sorry for your loss.

I worked for Mr. Conn when he owned Conn's Dairy. What a wonderful employer to work for! It was the best summer job that I ever had.
I am so sorry for your loss.
