My deepest sympathy to Dr Cassin´s daughters and family. Dr. Cassin was my doctor for years and he delivered both my children. I had two cesareans. My son was 10 lbs. 7 oz. and I will always remember his kind and wonderful bedside manner. My son was my first child and I remember him telling me we´re going to have to go in and get him out he´s not going to come out on his own. One of the nurses said he was known as quick Carl they said he does the fastest cesareans. He was such a lovely doctor. I always enjoyed my annual visits. And that´s saying a lot when you have to visit a gynecologist. May you get great comfort in knowing what a special father and grandfather you had.

Condolences to all... Dr. Cassin delivered my first son via C section... I remember being afraid to move after the surgery and his remedy was to tickle me... he said see, your all secured, just sore. Such a wonderful Doctor.

I worked for Dr. Cassin for many years until he retired. My fondest memory of him was when he was on call all night by himself and come into the office the next morning with bloodshot eyes and whistling. Loved that man. Dr. Cassin was a true gentleman and a top notch physician. My prayers go to all he left behind. RIP Dr. Cassin you are now back with your beloved Myrna.

As a patient of Greater New Haven OB/GYN, Dr. Cassin ended up delivering my first child because he was on call, but he delivered my next two by choice. He started as a man of few words but revealed himself to be compassionate and humorous. I continued with him as my gynecologist until his retirement and extend my deepest sympathies to his daughters and their families; he spoke of you often. He truly was a wonderful man.

I joined the Greater New Haven OB/GYN practice as a midwife in 1997 and had the opportunity to work with Dr. Cassin who I had so much respect for as a person and physician. I will always cherish our sports talks about the Red Sox and Patriots because we were both loyal fans. I enjoyed listening about his daughters and all his grandsons during many of those long call nights we had together. Dr Cassin was a wonderful physician and treated women with respect and kindness. RIP my friend and I´m glad you will be with your beloved wife Myrna. You will be missed and loved forever
