Talea Renee Colon
Talea Renee Colon, 27, of Hamden, entered eternal rest on March 29, 2022. She was born in New Haven, CT, on December 13, 1994, a daughter of Virginia Reyes Colon and Tyrone Harvey. Talea was employed by the State of Connecticut Department of Developmental Services as a Direct Support Staff Professional. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Trequon Lawrence; brothers, Kevin and Christian Colon and Tyrone Harvey, Jr. and Syncere Harvey; sisters, Eugenia Colon, Tyquasha Harvey and Te'jamah Sullivan; grandparents, Dorothy Haughton and Woodrow Spragley, Jr.; uncles, Jeffrey Everette, Mariano Reyes Colon, Gregory and Jeffery Ivory and Bobby Wilson, Jr.; aunts, Latisha Allen, Marina Reyes Colon and Yolanda Wilson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her daughter, Thea Lawrence; longtime partner, Trequon Lawrence; her maternal grandmother, Virginia Ivory and her maternal grandfather, Mariano Reyes Colon, Sr.
