Sherrie, my deepest sympathy to you and family. This comes from a long ago friend who remembers you and Ron with warmth and respect. I can't come to the funeral but will remember Ron in my prayers and also for you in the days to come. It seems you were both very generous and God bless you for it.
Loved your humor when we worked st STE so many years ago.

Sherrie Lou, Ron's family and Ron's many friends we offer our sincere condolences. Ron was indeed a gentle giant. As a fellow Jaycee, I was privileged to drive Ron on Rent-A-Santa visits including Christmas Eve late in the night.
Ron was a active participant in the Jaycees' Christmas Party for Boone County children. Ron was the engineer building a reindeer attached to his car for the Christmas Parade.
Later, Ron was a valued Board Member for Tri County Economic Development (Tri-ED). Ron helped me to implement an existing industry program at Tri-ED to serve companies in Boone, Campbell and Kenton counties. Ron was truly a man among men. He will be greatly missed. I was honored to know Ron.

Thanks for re-opening Interlake Steel and giving me a job Ron. It has put many plates of food on my family's table.
God rest you soul

We will always be grateful for Ron's wit and generousity! He was a great friend and will be missed but remembered with the love he shared with us.
