Jeffery Guy departed this life on Sunday, March 28, 2021. He was born on December 29, 1970 to his loving parents, Mary Guy Montgomery and the late Jeff Turner. Jeffery leaves to cherish his memories, his companion Monica Ross; two daughter: Janika Geiger and Dashajna Smith; one son Jeffery Geiger; three stepdaughters; one stepson; his mother Mary Guy Montgomery; three sister Tawanda Montgomery of New Orleans, LA, Thyesha and Franchester Wilkerson of Chicago, IL; four brothers: Jaquon (Betty) Montgomery of New Orleans, LA, Marvin Stamps, Sr. of Utica, MS, Marvis Sr. (Jacquline) and Jeffery (Joy) Cox of Chicago, IL; grandmother Rosie Lee Guy of Tylertown, MS; 13 uncles, 10 aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastor, officers and members of Holy Anointed House of Prayer, Spain Street COGIC, Mount Kingdom Baptist Church and employees of USPS and Carruth Brother Lumber Company are invited to attend the funeral service on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Holy Anointed House of Prayer, 1447 Senate St., New Orleans, LA at 10:00 am. Visitation begins at 9:00am. As mandated by the State of Louisiana due to COVID-19, everyone in attendance is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. Interment: Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Tylertown, MS. Richardson Funeral Home of Jefferson, River Ridge, LA is in charge of arrangements.
