Sandi I am very sad to hear the news about Kevin. My high school memories are filled with Kevin and the Dam Neck crew. Life moved on taking each of us our seperate ways, but I never forgot who my friends were and I am proud to say Kevin was a true friend. I knew from the moment he met you he loved you very much. My prayers and deepest condolences to all of you. I have known Patsi since I was a young swimmer at ODU, and then through our work at Parks & Rec. I prayed for Kevin when I learned of his illness and I will continue to pray for Sandi and Caden. May the support of the family and The Lord and the strength that they provide be a comfort to you. Kevin was a good husband, father and served our country and was taken too soon. God bless you all.

Maryann I'm sure u don't remember me but we lived at dam neck from 80 to 83. Our son Jonathan(Jody) and Kevin were friend in high school. You have my deepest sympathy. We lost our daughter Jennifer 3 years ago from cancer she was39. God bless and keep you in his care.

Sandi, Pat, Scott and the rest of the Nash and Walton clans though many miles and years have separated us, you are all in my heart for the great loss you've had in Kevin. I can still remember the first time I met Kevin at BCP; his smile, humor , and love for you and Caden was contagious. He loves you both so much and will be in your hearts forever. There are no words to express my sincere sorrow for your loss, but please know you have been in my thoughts and prayers.

Your dad loves you so much and is so proud of everything you have accomplished in your long life. I am so sorry you will no longer have him on this earth, but I want you to know he is with you right now- he will always be right next to you guiding you through life! I know you will continue to make him the proudest dad in heaven. Knowing I can't take your pain away; I will pray that you will never forget how much he loves calling you his son- you are his legacy and that made his life complete! Give Mom an extra hug everyday and tell her that one is from Dad!

Sandi and Caden, this is a photo I took of your family on 11-11-11 from the Veterans Day Mass at St. Andrew. I was used to seeing Kevin in soccer coaching gear, but that day I was especially proud to shake his hand and thank him for his service to our country.
I will miss his smile and that twinkle in his eye when he was especially proud of a play Caden had just made. Please know that you are in our thoughts and our prayers.
