Miranda Simon Obituary

SIMON Miranda Sheri Simon, age 17, died tragically Thursday, November 20, 2008 in an automobile accident. She was a resident of Harvey, LA. She is survived by her parents Daniel and Gina Simon, and her brother, Joshua Simon. She was the granddaughter of the late Wilfred Charlie, Cathy Charlie, E.J. Simon and the late Earline Simon, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was a graduate of West Jefferson High School and graduated in the top 20 of her class. She was currently a freshman at Southeastern University in Hammond majoring in Consumer and Political Science with plans to attend graduate school upon graduation. She brought laughter and joy to all she came in contact with and will be greatly missed. Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of Zea's Restaurant of Covington are invited to attend a Memorial Service in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Sunday, November 23, 2008 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until service time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests Masses be said. For funeral information, please call 504-366-4343.
