Mrs. Tavista worked at LaMadeline for more than 20 years where she enjoyed helping out customers and coworkers as well. Devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Loving wife of Mike Pasa for 50 years. Daughter of the late Ioan Braghes and Maria Braghes. Devoted mother of Denisa Marioara Alb (Gavril Florin Alb), Adriana Balint (Dorin Balint), Dan Lucian Pasa, Simona Verneuil (Stevan Paul Verneuil), Octavian pasa (Delmy Orellana Pasa). Sister of Ion Braghes, Gheorghe Braghes, Maria Scurtu, Nicolae Braghes, Traian Braghes, and Aurica Braghes. Grandmother of Bogdan Mircea Balint (Cristina Daciana Balint), Andrei Serban Balint, Dana Marie Christina Verneuil, Octavian paul Verneuil, Gabriel Octavian Pasa, Emily Marie Gueho (Jacob John Filostrat), Bianca Salomea Iozsa (Adam David Iozsa), Paula Gabriela Nicoara (Ioan Marian Nicoara), and Daniel Octavian Alb. Great grandmother of Sophia Elizabeth Iozsa, Clara Beatrice Iozsa, and Jacob Dimitri Filostrat. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend her Funeral Service at St. Basil Orthodox Church, 396 Hudson St., Metairie, LA 70006, on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 1:00 PM.
