Mr. Mancuso was a great teacher and wonderful person. I think most of the Rosiere family was instructed by Mr. Mancuso at John Quincy Adams, from 1969ish thru 1975, and all 7 of us have a different story of some sort that showed his loving and kind personality when it came to dealing with kids and music. He will be missed and remembered in a fond and loving way. Our hearts and prayers to his family.

Mr. Mancuso, what can I say? He taught my sister, my brother, and me, in turn, from 1969 - 1975. We learned so much from him. He taught us to love music the way he did. He taught us that we needed to work together to form the perfect harmony. My mother would come to our concerts and be astounded by what she was hearing. When he was not exactly happy with your performance, he would push those glasses down on his nose and give you that look. You did not want to be the recipient of that look. He was a wonderful man and will be missed by many adoring students who grew up to instill that same love of music into their children. We love you, Mr. Mancuso.

Mr. Mancuso taught me to play the drums in 7th grade at John Quincy Adams in 1979. I still have those drumsticks and remember him fondly. God bless him for making a positive impact on my and thousands of other students' lives.
