Emily: I only today heard the news of Barry's passing. Although we unfortunatley only seemed to get together for college or fraternity events (very infrequent) I always thought Barry was a wonderful, sweet and thoughtful guy. He will be missed by all of us who knew him.

I just heard about Barry's passing and want to offer my condolences to the family. I had many business dealings with Barry at my previous job and was very fond of him.

My condolences to the Cohen family.
I had the pleasure of knowing Barry as an adversary several years ago on a hard fought legal case.
He was anything but adversarial.
A true gentleman and professional.
I wish his traits were more widespread in the legal community.
We lawyers have lost someone special as well.
