BERONIO John Patrick, 87, of Paramus, NJ, formerly of Los Angeles, CA and Fort Lee, NJ died on Saturday, September 12.John was born October 5, 1921 in Hoboken, NJ to John Patrick and Helen Mulcahy Beronio. He was a graduate of St. Peter's Prep and Pace Institute. He was an Army Veteran of World War II, serving in the European Theater. His entire business career was with Loew's-MGM for 50 years – starting in a summer job and ending as Vice President and Treasurer. After his retirement, he continued as a consultant.John was the beloved husband of the late Agnes Keane Beronio. Loving brother of Mary Jane Goode of Little Ferry and the late Peter A. and Sister Ellen Jean (Helen) Beronio. He was the wonderful uncle of Kathleen J. Gadd and her husband Richard, Patricia Bourhill and her husband Bruce, Mary Ann Boyle, Peter Beronio, Margaret Fazio and her husband Philip, William Goode and his wife Maryann, Laura Goode and her husband Raymond Koonce, Jeanne Keating and her husband Robert, and Maureen Valentinetti and her husband William. John is also survived by many grandnieces and grandnephews, all of whom will miss his gentleness and good humor.Friends and family are invited for visitation at Volk Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ on Tuesday from 7-9 PM and Wednesday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will begin Thursday at the funeral home at 9:30 AM, and then to St. Margaret's of Cortona in Little Ferry for a 10:30 AM Mass.
