I had the unique opportunity of having Nick in my art classes in Tenakill Middle School. He expressed himself through line, color, design and many emotional pieces. His heart was filled with love from family and students and teachers. I will never forget his contribution to my classes as well as his influence on all of us. It is with love and honor
that I have been part of his life.

There are absolutely no words I can write that will adequately express the sorrow I feel and felt upon hearing of Nick´s passing. I had Nick as a student in high school and he was an absolute joy and an inspiration. I can say with the utmost certainty that he had an impact on all who has the honor of knowing him. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who love him. Nick, you will be so missed. I might have been your teacher, but you were mine as well. Rest peacefully.

I am so sorry to hear this news. Nicholas was a wonderful young man who will always be remember, cherished and loved by all who knew him. Please accept our sincere condolences and prayers.

Dear God please watch over this family!

You hold time within your hands, and see it all, from beginning to end. Please keep and carry these precious people in their sadness and loss. Cover them with your great wings of love, give their weary hearts rest and their minds sound sleep. Lord, lift their eyes so that they may catch a glimpse of eternity, and be comforted by the promise of heaven.
We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus.

Amen

When two boys in wheelchairs entered the Northern Valley Demarest gym for bowling camp one summer, I had no idea that I was about to be introduced to the most wonderful family in Northern Valley. Mr. and Mrs. Leo and Matt: I am so sorry for your loss and my heart breaks for you. Nick was such a special young man. His determination, intelligence, and positive attitude inspired everyone around him. Despite the challenges he faced, he accomplished so much and impacted so many people. Nick was loved by everyone at NVD, and I am sure in all other parts of his life as well. Every person he touched throughout his life is better for having known him. Please know that I grieve with you and that Nick will always be in my prayers. May he forever enjoy the fullness of eternal life.
