I was saddened to hear of Billy's passing. He was a nice man, who I knew mostly through fishing at the lake in NJ. We always exchanged friendly words and he once went out of his way to help me tow my boat up the mountain, which meant a lot to me. The last time I saw him fishing on the lake he caught a big bass, which put a happy smile on his face. I hadn't seen him for a few years before that, so I was extra psyched to see him and I made that very clear, I'm glad to say. I was pretty surprised I ran into him that day (4/30/16). Good times, Billy!
Best day ever!

Billy-we are so sad and will always miss you. Our careers and friendship go back almost 40 years, and we were sad when things were not good and happy for you when everything was great. Our New York life through hospitals, to brokerage, through fun lunches at Docks, to visits in your new surroundings upstate are all memories we share, and had expected to relive in person as the years went by. We had a true friendship that is now a fine memory. Bless you and your family
who we have all met, and hope our paths will cross

My deepest condolences to the Bischoff family. I'm so glad I finally found Williams obituary. Jerry Burke was a friend of mine and as they say, any friend of his is a friend of mine. They will both be forever missed. Stay strong and God bless.James Graczyk, Saratoga Springs, NY

My heart is breaking for my dear friend Jackie and Bill over this extreme and tragic loss of their beloved "Billy". I am at a loss for words to share with them.... never having had the blessing of children, I can only imagine their grief. Please accept my deepest sympathies, Jackie and Bill.
