Erin Knight Obituary
Her one hour birth on Jan. 18, 1990, in Niceville, Fla., set the accelerated pace of her life. An unquenchable thirst for peace and family guided her existence.
Survivors include her loving mother and father, Jill and Eric Knight; sister, Amy Wilkes with husband Brandon Root and son Evan Root; sister, Erica Knight; grandmother, Charlene Knight; uncle, Todd Knight and family; uncle, Chris Knight and family; aunt, Julie Carey and family; aunt, Josette Skilling and family; and countless family, friends, and loved ones.
No one could deny her vibrant and energetic personality as a child. Her passion for music and need for serenity enhanced her free spirited nature. A high school graduate, she was currently enrolled in her second semester of college with interest in criminal justice and forensics.
The funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, July 17, at Twin Cities Funeral and Cremation Services in Niceville with the Rev. Jim Vail, a nondenominational reverend, officiating. The viewing will be held an hour prior to funeral services.
Everyone loves you baby girl. May peace be with you Erin, because as she would say, "I got this."
Twin Cities Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.

I look at my daughter and just think of how hard it would be to live without my baby girl, to never see her beautiful smile, or her beautiful eyes! I think its wonderful about your beautiful Green eyes being givin to that little girl and now she can see! You are a special person! Where do I begin or I never thought it would end... Man things have been crazy sense you've been gone! I keep my head up high, because I know you and Josh are watching over me. Sometimes it doesn't even seem like you two are gone... Well it's two weeks before mullet festival and I guess we're all gonna camp out at mama dukes house again and maybe even hit the waffle house up after (LOL). This is the first visit I have made here. I am sitting here with tears running down my face. I can't express how sorry I am for the loss you have suffered. Jill, Amy, Erica, We were so shocked to hear of the loss of Erin. We are so sorry for your loss and hope your faith in God will help you through this very sad time.
My memory of Erin was at Evans last birthday at McDonalds. She was the life of the party and ensured everything was organized so that he could open his presents easily. She was a happy person and will be remembered always.
