Uncle Fran or should I say, "Uncle Dude" as my kids call him, had a zest for life. He always spoke highly of his kids and grandkids. He was very proud of each and everyone of you. Uncle Fran, was a wonderful brother to my Dad. I know that Dad will miss his morning phone calls. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Love, Teri (Evans) Radtke

To My Dear Cousins and Lou,

I share in your sorrow, he was a wonderful man. He will be missed by all that knew him. We all know that he was a man of great faith and was very ready to meet our Lord. My memories of him are all wonderful, happy and fun. He was a great story-teller and he had a great passion for life. He loved his family and Lou very much and always spoke so highly of everyone. We were all blessed to be a part of his life.

Love you,

Carol Ann
