Mary and girls, I am so very very sorry for your loss. I remember Jim fondly, and appreciate his friendship while we were at Ridge UMC, his leadership there, and his (and Mary's) instrumental part in our voyage into ministry, through sponsoring me on my Walk to Emmaus. What a great guy he was. Because of his great faith, thanks be to God, I look forward to seeing him again in heaven.

Mary,
I am very sad to hear about Jim. Although it’s been so many years ago, I remember our times at Purdue and when you first met Jim. He was so funny and sweet and totally perfect for you. You two were my best friends. You don’t meet many guys like Jim and I will never forget him. I believe his spirit will always be with you Mary and watching over you and your family.

Mary and girls,
Jim was one of the most amazing men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Caring, honest and not too 'manly' to be so silly and funny. I will always remember the way he made you laugh Mary. The fun we shared, the memories. He was a good friend to me during some difficult times, as were you. You BOTH enlightened me in more ways than you can imagine. I trusted in you both and you took me to GOD. Our God will hold you, our faith will comfort you and those who love you will walk with you during this time of sorrow. We share over 20 years of memories-all made of love. Whatever you need that I can provide, I am here for you Mary and Jamie, Shannon and Kathleen.
