I am very sadden by Jack's passing. I worked with Jack in Chicago for 3 years as his District Manager for Oldsmobile. We talked almost every day for those three years and though he and I moved on from Oldsmobile, I will always have a soft spot in my heart for Jack as a person and as a business associate.

Wright Family,

I am sorry to here about the passing of Jackie. Jackie was a friend of my father, Jim Noonan from the Beverly area. My favorite memory of Jackie besides buying cars from him, was when he worked at the gas station on Pulaski back in the 70's. He would always wash my Dad's car for him. He would always tell me that he was going to drive away with me, at which point I would cry. As I grew older I realized he was a very loving and gentle man. I am sure that my Father is happy to see a friend like him up in heaven.

Memories of Jack goes back many years. His Aunt Babe lived next door to us on 84th Carpenter Street. We enjoyed his company each time that he and his sisters came to visit. His Mom & Dad and all of the Wright kids, plus a Great Dane, were welcome visitors and we spent many hours together, in the 'old' neighborhood.

On behalf of my brothers and sisters, please accept our deepest sympathy and know that you all are in our prayers.

The angel of death has come to the Christie family way too often and so we know the feeling of your loss and wish we could offer some magic to mend your broken hearts.

May all the good memories of Jack be your consolation. He will be remembered in our prayers.

And, may the Lord hold in in the palm of his hand, until you meet again.

Jack was one of the nicest, most caring, happy, enthusiastic people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He and my father, Bob McDermott, worked together at Harbor Honda. Jack was a good friend to him.

I was shocked to learn of his passing. My condolences and prayers are with the entire family.

Larry, John and Mrs. Wright,

I am very sorry for your loss. Your father was a fantastic man. I love your family. Each and everyone of you are extremely kind and generous. You got that from both of your parents. I'm sorry that you've had to endure losing your sister (daughter) and now your father. Just know that they are both happy in heaven. When you are sad, think about their happiness and let their current and future happiness in heaven put a smile on your face. My prayers are with you and my heart breaks for you.

Take care,

Sherrie

I am very saddened to learn of Jacks passing. I met Jack while being employed by harrahs casino in east chicago as a dealer from 1999- 2002. He was such a great person, always in a good mood, and just a downright pleasent person. I since moved to LAS VEGAS but still read the papers from home, unfortunately i find out bad news such as this most of the time. My deepest sympathy goes out to your family you have truly lost a great man. Sincerely, Frank DiBuono, Las Vegas,Nevada. (Originally from Calumet City)
