Josephine Wayne Merrillville Josephine Wayne, age 85, of Merrillville, passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2004. She is survived by her son Tony (June) Wayne of Portage; four grandchildren: Joseph M. Wayne, Thomas A. Wayne and Michelle (Mark) Gregory, all of Portage and David (Monica) Wayne of Warsaw, IN; three great-grandchildren: Heather Gregory of Portage, Kylie Wayne of Manly, Iowa and Kendall Wayne of Warsaw, IN. Preceded in death by great-grandson Bradley Gregory. Mrs. Wayne was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Church and SS. Peter & Paul Church, Rosary sodalities and church choir. She was a retired emplyee from Simmons Mattress Company and Merrillville School System. Friends may call at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service, 6360 Broadway, Merrillville on Tuesday from 2 to 8 P.M. with a Rosary Service at 3:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 7, 2004 at 9:00 A.M. from the Pruzin Brothers Chapel and 9:30 A.M. from St. Joseph the Worker Church with Rev. Steve Loncar officiating.
