Mary Ann Polomchak Mary Ann Polomchak, age 83, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, November 19, 2017. She is survived by nieces: Julie Zloza, Marlene Zloza, Susanne (Dwight) Simon, Joanne (Rick) Svetanoff; nephew, Nick (Shirley) Lash; great nieces and nephews: Stephanie Bradsky, Christopher Lash, Carie (Adam) Roorda, Michael (Shawn) Smosna, Jennifer (Phil) Mihalik, Lynn (Dan) Hoffman and Emily (Jeremy) Marchand; dear friends, Jan and Michael Petyo, as well as members of the former St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church family. Preceded in death by beloved husband, Robert Polomchak. Mary Ann was a member of Descent of the Holy Ghost Orthodox Church and former member of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church. She was a graduate of Tolleston High School. Mary Ann retired from Prudential Insurance after working 35 years as an office manager. She will be remembered for her generosity and sense of humor. Mary Ann enjoyed cooking with friends and family and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. May her memory be eternal.
