It cannot be expressed in words how nice of a man Steve was. We instructed at ISU together, fished, joked, and flew together. He may be gone from our sights but never from our hearts. Leaving with a tad of his levity: Steve and I were also part of a sports dynasty with a perfect softball record. 0-16.

So sorry for your sudden loss. I was heart broken to hear of Stephens passing. My prayers go out for your family.
Stephen was a great guy to work with. Always professional, and fun to work with. Whenever I saw his name on the crew list I knew it would be an enjoyable trip. Your family can be truly proud of the legacy he left behind.

Steve Pierce was a great guy to fly with. We upgraded together on the 757/767 at the AA school house. Steve was a great pilot and helped me with my landings in the sim. We even caught part of the Cubs vs. Rangers game at the end of a training day. Steve will be missed by everyone at AA who got to know him. I am so sorry for your loss. God bless your family.
