Dear Sharon, Janice and Rick,
So sorry to hear about your dad. What an amazing 100 year life he was able to live. I hope to achieve what he has done.I have so many great memories of him from our childhood in Gary at grandma's house all the way to him driving from Crown Point to our house in Carmel for both of our son's graduations in his older years. I remember him taking my nose off me as a little boy, all his great jokes and stories and of course the ice cream from Jack Spratt. I now take my grandson's nose off all the time and think of my Uncle Bill every time that I do. I can see your dad right now laughing and talking to your mom in heaven and it makes me smile.
Love and hugs to all of you,
Your cousin Mike Cechovic

Mr Eisman was such a wonderful man. He was such a wonderful friend to my parents, Richard & Helen Cardetti. My Dad and him shared the same birthdate as well as many good times together. Wonderful memories. May Mr Eisman rest in peace in the loving arms of our Lord. - Carol Cardetti-Berger

My sincere condolences to the Eisman family. I will always remember the many kindnesses your family bestowed upon ours, especially your folks. Your dad made going to church on Sunday FUN......whoever guessed the closest temperature that would appear on the Gary National Bank sign would win the special 'prize'to be rewarded after Mass when he would stop in to get a newspaper and treats at the store on Lake Street. It meant a lot to us and I'm grateful for the memories :) You were all wonderful neighbors. I will say an extra prayer for all of you during this sad time.
