I am terribly sorry to hear this news. Chris was a talented, witty writer. On every subject her prose sparkled. I commissioned pieces from her at The Los Angeles Times, Politico and The New York Times. Every one of her articles was terrific -- but most especially the one she wrote on her brother's winning the Nobel prize.

She was a joy to know.
