David worked at our agency for a number of years, and during that time he and I communicated often and shared ideas about assisting customers with licensing issues. He was always eagar to assist those in need. We will miss him at the agency.

When I started my career with the City of NY, David was volunteering and he was a wealth of information. He will truly be missed.

So sorry to hear of David's death. I have fond memories of joining him and his cousins for lunch at the Milk Pail during our semi-annual visits to review the accounting records at H. Maimin &Co.
May he rest in peace.
