HERBERT LEHMAN

LEHMAN--Herbert, MD. The Medical Staff of Maimonides Medical Center is saddened by the death of Dr. Herbert Lehman. Dr. Lehman was associated with Maimonides Medical Center in the Department of Surgery for over 30 years. He did his residency at Maimonides. He was Director of the Surgical ICU and Critical Care units. He passed on his knowledge and expertise to the resident staff. He was involved with the Medical Staff leadership for many years. He was President of the Medical Staff from July 2003 - June 2005. After he left Maimonides he eventually went to live in Florida, where he passed away. Sincere condolences are extended to his wife Susan, his children and the entire family.
