Four Winds Hospitals mourn the loss of Janet Z. Segal, LCSW
Janet was an integral part of the Four Winds community. She was an extraordinary person who made an extraordinary commitment to mental health through her brilliant leadership, profound compassion, unwavering commitment and tireless energy. She was a mentor to many and the driving force behind shaping the clinical work at the hospital. Janet was an advocate for patients and understood the importance of working with families to improve patient outcomes.
She was a true role model for women in the workforce and her legacy and work at Four Winds will influence our work in the future.
Our thoughts are with Janet´s family at this time.

The Eisler family sends its deepest condolences to the Segal family. Your mom was full of grace and generosity of spirit. Not to mention the coolest mom on the street. She touched many lives and will not be forgotten.

So very sorry for your loss. You mom and I had some wonderful talks about being social workers, and of course I have many wonderful memories from the times our two families were together in the Murray Avenue days.
