Phil was most influential in my career when he was AICPA president and even after he retired from that role. I will always be thankful for his involvement in my life.

I began working with Phil in 1974 when I joined the AICPA's staff, and continued to do so as a group vice president until he retired. Phil cared about his family, about the profession, and took an interest in me and my career, for which I am grateful.
