RYAN MAHONEY Obituary

MAHONEY--Ryan Berndt, died Sunday January 29 at New York Presbyterian Hospital after a courageous battle and complications from Hodgkin's disease. Ryan was 31 and lived in New York City. He was born April 16, 1980 in Rye, NY. He received an AB in economics from Dartmouth College and was President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. Ryan was employed at Credit Suisse as a Director in the institutional equities group. Prior to that role, he worked at Bear Stearns as a Managing Director in their institutional equities department. Ryan is survived by his wife, the former Alisha Weishaar, and a son, Shaylon Daniel, his parents, Daniel and Susan Mahoney, and siblings, Melissa Wirth (Christopher), and Derek Mahoney. A wake will be held on Thursday, February 2 at Frank E. Campbell Funeral Home, 1076 Madison Ave., NYC. Visitation hours 4:00pm-8:00pm. A funeral service will follow on Friday, February 3 at 11:00am at the Central Presbyterian Church, 593 Park Ave., NYC. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ryan's memory, to Central Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.
