BARBARA KATE WEBSTER ABRAMS Barbara Kate Webster Abrams, 68, of Notasulga, passed away at EAMC on Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010. Graveside services will be Sunday, Sept. 5, at 2:30 P.M. at Notasulga Memory Gardens. Visitation will be at Corbitt's Funeral Home from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. prior to the service on Sunday. Mrs. Webster was born on January 8, 1942, in Tallassee, AL. Mrs. Abrams was preceded in death by her father Emmett O. Webster. She graduated from Macon County High School in 1960 and attended Massey Draughn School of Business. She is survived by: her husband of 51 years Rodney Dean Abrams; her children Tracy Dean Abrams of Notasulga and Chad Abrams of Reeltown; her mother Willie Ruth Webster Boulware of Notasulga; her brother Neal (Dot) Webster of Notasulga; her sisters Carolyn (Bill) Myers of Alexander City and Charlotte (Jack) Brown of Alexander City; her nephews Steve Blackmon of Redondo Beach, CA and Alex Brown of Alexander City; her nieces Richelle Rice of Auburn and Terri Blackmon of Alexander City; her aunt Jean Miller of Montgomery; and loving caretaker Peggy Ledbetter.
