Tio Polo embodied all that is true of the whole Carrasco clan. I didn't see him often (oregon is a long ways away) but, i made an effort to see him when i went home - he was welcoming, kind, friendly, happy and generous with all he had. I loved the tours of Redford and the cows that responded by name to his command and the great wisdom that he shared through casual conversation.
He will forever be remembered and we should all gather inspiration from the life he lived!
